Simple PadCombo teaching movement and Putar-Kepala Takedown with a quick finisher. Enjoy Small basic talk (in german) about the important parts of the (back) sapu (Biset/Beset in other Silat styles). Seated Pelampas with different Harimau/Kucing variations if the partner push you too hard or intentional. Enjoy. Small Conditioning Flow with 2 Tekpis and a possible Application with a Kerambit 15 Attacks: 5xStick, 5xKnife, 5xEmptyHands. You can fix the attacks or use any angle, depending on your skill level. We took a simple movement with the staff and translated it to empty hands. Note: we are not using the full footwork in this video. Please be aware, don't step onto the feet during training and be careful with your knees. Enjoy |
