No drill, no "real" technique. Just a small example how to use your body-position, body-blocking, weight and gravity/geometry to move another body. Be careful: Do not place your right leg directly near/at your partner's leg, it is a possible ankle-break. Enjoy!

Your whole weight should be temporarely in your Arms. Be careful not to land in your knees. Kick the back leg forward.
