Simple Basic Takedown transfered from solo buaya conditioning. The famous 3step drill found in various fma and silat styles. Some variations, but it teaches using both hands, switching attacker and footwork However, we deconstructed the drill to explore it a bit, try it ;-) Simple Bolo-Punch Drill, 3 Hits and a bit footwork ;-) Everyone knows the Double Sinawali/ 6 Count Heaven FMA Drill. Perfect starter for double weapon coordination and kinda safe partner drill. Let's break it down and focus on single hits Final step would be a more offensive starting position (passang-like) First of two clips about a basic step-over sapu after a "failed" knee - aim intentionally a bit to the side so you can pass the block easily...
